Universal Targets Systems Limited (UTSL) specialise in the design and manufacture of aerial targets, launch systems, command and control systems and all ancillary equipment used in relation to Remotely Piloted Vehicles (RPVs) and Air Defence training. One of our main products, aerial target drones, are used for operations over land and sea and provide a cost effective method of training personnel in familiarisation and use of Air Defence weapon systems. Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAV’s) are also manufactured by UTSL for battlefield ‘over the hill’ surveillance, and civilian applications.

Universal Target Systems Ltd (UTSL) is based in South East England close to the national motorway network and, being only an hour away from central London, 30 minutes from the Channel Tunnel, and close to several air hubs is ideally situated to service customers worldwide.

Operating from a modern industrial unit with adjacent flying site, UTSL is an innovative and customer oriented company.

UTSL provides full technical and maintenance support of its entire product range; in-country Aerial Target and RPV operator training courses; Aerial Target operating services to Defence Ministries who wish UTSL personnel to operate their own already procured Aerial Targets; Aerial Target operating services to weapon manufacturers for evaluation and marketing of their own systems. UTSL also provides commonality spare parts and operating services for other non UTSL Aerial Target Systems.

Senior UTSL personnel have a total of over 60 years experience in the design, manufacture and operation of Aerial Target Systems and UAV Systems worldwide. UTSL equipment is in service both in the United Kingdom and worldwide.
